I guess I didn't read the book description well enough because it turns out that this is narrated by Alexander Adams and, after the rich southern accents of Sycamore Row, this narration just isn't up to par. I bought this book because I so enjoyed Michael Beck's narration on Sycamore Row and the cover lists him as the narrator. What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
